Welcome to Yarm Medical Practice

Yarm Medical Practice is a long-established group practice which moved to its present purpose build premises in 1985.

Since then, the practice team has grown considerably to provide an extended range of services both in the treatment of illness and in the promotion of health.

The doctors provide general medical services including maternity services, family planning, child health surveillance and minor surgery. The building is accessible for wheelchair users.

Yarm Medical Practice operates a no-smoking policy.

Out of hours service:

If you require urgent medical attention outside of normal working hours, an out of hours service is provided.

The Out of Hours services is provided by Primecare on behalf of North Tees Primary Care Trust. To access the service, telephone: 0870 240 6518

Medical staff will then ask you questions around your symptoms to ensure that you receive prompt advice from the appropriate health care professional.
